This proposal follows a site survey conducted by Captus Systems at the Zeta Global office space located on the 33rd floor at 3 Park Avenue, New York NY.
System Requirements
Optimal microphone pickup of all seated participants utilizing ceiling a single microphone array

Five (5) camera auto-framing system from touch panel – 4 PTZ and 1 fixed focal for full view of the room.
BOTH Zoom Room and MS Teams utilize the same cameras, microphone, speakers and displays.
Captus Systems Solution
Qty (2) OFE 75” diagonal LCD displays will serve as the main destination for all sources in the room. The displays and mounts were delivered and installed previously in CAP-9016.
Existing power and data are currently installed at this location. Video sources in the room will consist of up to (4) wireless laptop connections located in the table. The primary room / system controller & the Logitech TAP controller for native Teams or native Zoom will reside in a yet TBD location.
The classroom will feature laptop presentation capabilities from up to (4) wireless HDMI laptop connections via a Barco Clickshare dongle button, as well as the ability to support native Teams and Zoom calls by switching the controls to the Logitech TAP via the touch panel provided and installed by Captus Systems.
NOTE: The Barco Clickshare has been chosen in lieu of the wired HDMI connections because the tables in this room are not fixed allowing for connections from anywhere in the room.
Two (2) Native Video conferencing PCs will be provided and installed by Captus Systems for native software-based video calling. One PC will be configured for Native Zoom Rooms, and the other for Native Teams Rooms. Zeta Global will provide the licenses and room accounts for each platform.
Cameras - Qty (5) Cameras
Qty (4) networked PTZ video conferencing cameras and Qty (1) fixed focal camera will be provided and installed for optimal viewing angles of the local participants in the room during a Zoom or Teams call.
Qty (4) PTZ cameras (2 on either side of the 75” displays) will be provided and installed by Captus Systems.
Qty (1) fixed focal camera will be mounted below the displays
The fixed focal camera will allow the auto-framing system to switch the designated camera to the participant that is speaking. One camera, on each side, acts as a secondary camera, with the same view and will switch to the next person speaking on that side of the room. This will minimize the camera movement on the far side.
Qty (1) ceiling microphone arrays will be provided and installed by Captus Systems for optimal voice pickup of the local participants in the room during a video conferencing call. The microphone was chosen for its wide coverage to help provide accurate camera tracking. The microphones can be muted globally via the touch panel or the TAP controller.
NOTE: The microphone will connect to Q-SYS audio network via DANTE minimizing the amount of cables needed for traditional analog microphones wired to the system.
Video Conferencing and Room System Control
Captus Systems will provide and install one Primary Room Touch Panel (QSC) that is preliminary designated to reside on the credenza (left side). The Primary Room Touch Panel will control other aspects of the room such as display power, presentation source selection, and volume control etc.

ZOOM
TEAMS
Presentation
The Logitech TAP controller will switch to the NATIVE UI (native control – ZOOM or TEAMS) for video conferencing in accordance with the Primary Touch Panel selection.
Construction Related Notes
Modifications to the front display wall including credenza to display pathways, power, data, AV conduits, cable pathways, ceiling tile access, and support Plywood will be the responsibility of others. Captus Systems will provide direction for all these requirements to a general contractor or facilities member hired by Zeta Global.
