Essential cookies needed for login, session security, and core application features are always on. Optional Google Analytics 4 is off until you choose Accept analytics. Declining analytics does not block login or the dashboard. You can change this choice below or from the banner on app.recepcia.ai.

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage to store preferences and application state. These technologies function similarly to cookies but are managed differently by your browser. Local storage data persists until explicitly cleared; session storage data is cleared when you close your browser tab.
Examples of data stored in local storage include your color mode preference (Light/Dark/Auto), sidebar state, and portal customization settings. These are strictly functional and are not shared with any third parties.
Product catalog import (Image OCR / Import PDF) uses temporary in-session application state while you review extracted rows in the OCR Import Review modal. That preview data is not written to persistent browser storage and is cleared when you close the review modal or leave the page.
If you embed the Recepcia chat/voice widget on your website, the widget may use local storage to maintain conversation state and visitor session data. This allows returning visitors to continue their conversation. Widget data is stored on the visitor's device and is associated with your Recepcia account for conversation tracking purposes.
